Owner & Founder, StressLess Remodeling
Derek Wood is the owner and driving force behind StressLess Remodeling, a company built around a simple idea: remodeling your home shouldn't be stressful.
With a passion for craftsmanship, customer service, and building a better remodeling experience, Derek has helped shape StressLess Remodeling into a company focused on delivering high-quality transformations while putting the homeowner first.
Derek believes that a successful remodeling project is about more than the finished product. It starts with listening to the customer, understanding their vision, setting clear expectations, and having the right people and processes in place to bring that vision to life.
Under Derek's leadership, StressLess Remodeling has expanded its expertise across kitchen and bathroom remodeling, cabinet refacing, countertops, and innovative outdoor surface solutions including RubberStone® coatings for pool decks, patios, driveways, garages, and other spaces.
Henry Jaffe
Chief Operating Officer
Henry Jaffe serves as Chief Operating Officer at StressLess Remodeling, helping lead the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the company continues to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for homeowners.
Henry brings an operational mindset to every aspect of the business, focusing on building efficient systems, strengthening team performance, improving accountability, and creating processes that allow StressLess Remodeling to grow without compromising the customer experience.
As COO, Henry works across departments to connect sales, production, customer service, logistics, and leadership. His focus is on making sure the right people, processes, and resources are in place to keep projects moving efficiently from the initial customer interaction through completion.
Henry believes that exceptional remodeling companies are built on more than great craftsmanship. They require disciplined operations, clear communication, strong leadership, and a relentless commitment to the customer. He works to establish those principles throughout the organization while helping the StressLess team continuously improve.
Caleb Erosa
Sales Manager
Caleb Erosa is the Sales Manager at StressLess Remodeling, where he leads the sales team with a strong focus on customer experience, accountability, and results. He understands that remodeling a home is a significant investment, and his goal is to make the process as straightforward, transparent, and stress-free as possible for every homeowner.
In his role, Caleb works closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive accurate information, thoughtful recommendations, and solutions designed around their individual remodeling goals. He helps guide homeowners through the decision-making process while maintaining the high standards of professionalism and service that StressLess Remodeling is known for.
As a sales leader, Caleb believes that great salesmanship is built on trust rather than pressure. He emphasizes listening first, understanding the customer's needs, and making sure each project is approached with honesty, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
Caleb also plays an important role in developing and motivating the StressLess Remodeling sales team. Through coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement, he works to create a culture where sales professionals are accountable for their results while remaining focused on doing what is right for the customer.
Mario Esquer
Marketing Manager
Mario Esquer serves as Marketing Manager at StressLess Remodeling, where he leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, customer acquisition, and digital growth initiatives.
With a strong background in business, product development, branding, and digital marketing, Mario focuses on creating marketing systems that connect StressLess Remodeling with homeowners who are actively looking to improve their homes. His approach combines creative marketing with measurable performance, using data and customer insights to continually improve how the company generates and converts opportunities.
Mario oversees marketing initiatives across digital advertising, social media, search, website strategy, content creation, promotions, lead generation, and brand positioning. He works closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company's growth objectives and that incoming leads receive a consistent customer experience.
A major part of Mario’s philosophy is that marketing should do more than generate attention—it should generate measurable business results. He focuses on key performance indicators such as lead volume, cost per lead, appointment rates, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and revenue generated from marketing.
